A few days later, the property had already been removed from Move. I asked the real estate agent to activate the bidding log. The response was, 'We do not have a bidding log.' I then requested that the bidding log be emailed to me, but received no response. A few days later I sent a repeated request. The agent's reply: 'We discussed with the salesperson and she finds it unpleasant to share this. Moreover, we are not obliged to do so. Despite that information I made a printout. However, the bids received by email from other real estate agents are not included here. We had more...' The agent is affiliated with Vastgoed Nederland. Therefore, I requested the sending of the mandatory official bidding log in which also the releasing conditions of the bidders and any other agreements are mentioned.
