Toen we gebeld werden over een huis dat echt op ons lijf geschreven was, was het dan ook een schot in de roos. Vanaf het eerste gesprek naar verkoopklaar, van bezichtigingen naar uiteindelijke verkoop...overal word goed over nagedacht en overlegd. We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always polite, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

05 May 2024Following a viewing, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the viewing it was indicated that the price counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

25 Dec 2024Joan en Rudy hebben ons begeleid bij de aan- en verkoop. Na het uitnodigen van drie lokale makelaars was het voor ons eigenlijk direct duidelijk dat we zouden kiezen voor Smit en Douma. Bij het eerste gesprek werd er al direct goed naar ons huis gekeken en werd het direct ingemeten zodat Joan een goede prijsbepaling kon doen met referentiewoningen. Joan kon daarnaast vrij veel zekerheid geven over de prijs die we konden verwachten, zodat we ons budget hier op konden afstellen. Bij aankoopwoningen werd er goed onderzoek gedaan en werden referentiewoningen en het biedgedrag daarvan geanalyseerd. Beide trajecten hebben we daarna ook als zeer positief ervaren. Joan en Rudy waren daarnaast ook in het weekend bereikbaar als er snel beslissingen genomen moesten worden voor zowel de aan als verkoop. De contracten maken ze digitaal zodat wij als kopers en verkopers snel konden tekenen, waardoor de bedenktermijn sneller voorbij is. Voor ons als verkopers geeft dit snel zekerheid. Al met al zeer tevreden. We hopen lang in ons nieuwe huis te gaan wonen, maar als we ooit weer gaan verhuizen, dan schakelen we zeker Joan en Rudy weer in.

The Groningen pragmatism is definitely a plus. We had Klaas guide us through the process, and we absolutely have no regrets about that. For us, it was a hit after just one viewing at a very neat price!

25 Nov 2024I would recommend Namaco to everyone. Personally, I have been helped by Kjeld, Klaas, Larissa, and Marit, and they were all quick and easy to reach, skilled, and always clear and friendly. In a housing market where I initially looked at with suspicion, they brought me from acquaintance to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! The mortgage advice from Klaas is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Throughout the entire process, it was always clear to me what I myself had to do, and what Klaas took care of for me. In summary, top team. Highly recommended.

Vind het niet netjes als een makelaar die pas is begonnen klanten niet te woord wilt staan en heel kort af doet. Mijn persoonlijke mening is geen zaken doen met deze jonge ondernemer. Ondernemen is niet voor iedereen weggelegd !

They gave good advice on the sales strategy, the communication was excellent and fast, and they really took the time to allow everyone to view the house (even though it was very popular). They also work with a good photographer. Basically everything was top-notch, truly recommended!
