While enjoying a cup of tea, we went through what the purpose of my request for a valuation is and what Pieter could mean for me. It was a very pleasant conversation. Afterwards, we walked through the property for the valuation. After the tour of the house, we had a very good discussion about all matters that arise with a kind of home exchange. But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. Anderz Real Estate Agent was with us at all times from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process and did their best to protect our interests. I can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting the deed, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsUp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

05 May 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

19 Feb 2025Ze hebben ons van begin tot eind meegenomen in de aankoop. Erg duidelijk in de communicatie. Had ik een vraag dan kon ik ze appen of bellen en kreeg altijd een antwoord. Ook als er iets was waar ze niet meteen een antwoord op hadden, kreeg ik nog dezelfde dag een antwoord of de volgende dag. Ben zeer tevreden met deze makelaar.

27 Nov 2024Persoonlijk zijn wij erg tevreden over de werkwijze van IQ makelaars en hebben we het contact als zeer prettig ervaren. Gedurende het gehele proces werd goed meegedacht en gecommuniceerd. Overigens is de flexibiliteit met het inplannen van bezichtigingen zodat elke geïnteresseerde de kans krijgt de woning te zien noemenswaardig en zeker een compliment waard. We zouden IQ makelaars dan ook absoluut aanraden.

30 Sep 2024Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say?
