29 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

From the beginning, we felt in good hands, and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the process. As expats buying from abroad, we knew the market would be challenging. We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. Anderz Real Estate Agent was with us at all times from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process and did their best to protect our interests. A few weeks ago, I suddenly thought to myself: 'I might still be living here in 40 years'. I couldn’t have even dreamed of that a year ago. Bauke is simply the best (purchase)broker in the North. No exaggeration. During a very difficult period, he helped me find a home within a few months. And not just any home: I couldn't have done better. No place was too crazy or too far for Bauke. We viewed virtually all kinds of properties. Ultimately, I had a choice of three homes on which my bid was accepted. I chose this one from those, which meets all my wishes. Bauke ensured that I could purchase it at a good price and that the process went smoothly. He was also unusually understanding, honest, helpful and accessible. 28 Oct 2024Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say? Should I then call everyone individually? Well, maybe a crazy idea, but how about playing open cards and offering transparent dealings. Olaf and Sandra
