A few weeks ago, I suddenly thought to myself: 'I might still be living here in 40 years'. I couldn’t have even dreamed of that a year ago. Bauke is simply the best (purchase)broker in the North. No exaggeration. During a very difficult period, he helped me find a home within a few months. And not just any home: I couldn't have done better. No place was too crazy or too far for Bauke. We viewed virtually all kinds of properties. Ultimately, I had a choice of three homes on which my bid was accepted. I chose this one from those, which meets all my wishes. 13 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. Anderz Real Estate Agent was with us at all times from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process and did their best to protect our interests. We got to know them on recommendation and are very satisfied; we would also recommend them to everyone. Just trust them and enjoy the process, you are in good hands :)

No exaggeration. During a very difficult period, he helped me find a home within a few months. And not just any home: I couldn't have done better. No place was too crazy or too far for Bauke. We viewed virtually all kinds of properties. Ultimately, I had a choice of three homes on which my bid was accepted. I chose this one from those, which meets all my wishes. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say? Broker Bakker worked for the buyer. During our appraisal, this broker imposed himself on our appraiser (by insisting on being present on the same day). In my opinion, there was clearly collusion to determine a lower price and the other broker even drafted the plausibility statement in our report. Both deny any conflict of interest. The case is with the NVRT and I will add an update later.
