07 Jun 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

07 Oct 2025Exceptional, 6 out of 5. Martin and Quwendy are the best professionals in their field: attentive and loyal to their clients, and proactive, fast and effective in their work. As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what we could expect, and they were always willing to help. During viewings, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. Everything we asked about, from structural problems, improvements, renovations to costs in the short and long term, he had an answer for. But of course, he had already noticed the problems and informed us thanks to his eye for detail by the time we asked such questions. What we appreciated most was the way he approached the offering and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions. He never pushed for a purchase or suggested it, purely to make quick profit. He put in extra hours in the evenings for research and negotiations. And that helped us buy our dream house, a house we are completely in love with. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. You will always feel secure during the process and especially when making an offer. Ben is a friendly, honest and genuine realtor. As a buyer's agent, Ben accompanied us twice and he carefully inspected the houses. He gave us a lot of advice on technical aspects with an estimate of the costs if we had improvements in mind that needed to be addressed minimally. Furthermore, Ben has a great understanding of the different neighborhoods in Haren and can tell you a lot about them. In addition, he gave good advice on a realistic offer for a house. The overheated housing market is not easy these days.. As a selling agent, Ben visited us at home several times. Ben took plenty of time to review everything and to jointly sell the house in a fair and good way. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and sales process that Ben Rozema supervised on behalf of Dunning real estate agency. A few weeks ago, I suddenly thought to myself: 'I might still be living here in 40 years'. I couldn’t have even dreamed of that a year ago. Bauke is simply the best (purchase)broker in the North. No exaggeration. During a very difficult period, he helped me find a home within a few months. And not just any home: I couldn't have done better. No place was too crazy or too far for Bauke. We viewed virtually all kinds of properties. Ultimately, I had a choice of three homes on which my bid was accepted. I chose this one from those, which meets all my wishes. Bauke ensured that I could purchase it at a good price and that the process went smoothly. He was also unusually understanding, honest, helpful and accessible. When purchasing the house before this one, Bauke helped me too. And I have nothing but good things to say about that as well. I am very grateful to Bauke and Anna :-)

30 Dec 2024Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say? Should I then call everyone individually? Well, maybe a crazy idea, but how about playing open cards and offering transparent dealings. Olaf and Sandra

Sometimes something would suddenly be expected where I knew nothing about it. I had expected more guidance during the sales process. And not just 3 tours, an advertisement on funda, and opening the front door for an appraisal. Very disappointing.
