04 Jun 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. 04 Dec 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

31 May 2025We are very satisfied with Namaco and how they helped us in our search for a home and mortgage. We experienced the contact with Namaco as very pleasant and fast. We could always turn to them with our questions and didn't have to wait long for an answer. Klaas is a broker with courage, which we like. Tom clearly took us through the mortgage part and arranged this quickly for us. We would also like to specifically mention and thank Larissa. It’s a shame to say goodbye already, visiting was always fun too. But we know who we want to enlist again in the future!

He wasn't focused on buying a house from us as quickly as possible but was genuinely looking for a nice and high-quality home with us.
