He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. 09 Apr 2025Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt super easy as expats. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what to expect, and they were always ready to help. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. 11 Aug 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.
