The real estate agent we had chosen, Mr. Smit, turned out to have a full schedule. The viewing and handling could not be done by himself but had to be taken over by his colleague. Very regrettable. We missed the personal contact and we had to do everything ourselves. Given the high fee he asked for, we were quite disappointed in the guidance. Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate.
