15 Oct 2025I did not find the guidance satisfactory; ultimately, I handled the sale myself. No further contact until the moment of sale, payment through the notary, and that was it. However, they did adjust the price due to the situation, which I must honestly say was very neat.

We did not have many showings for the property, but the seller contacted the interested party directly and I was later informed that a deal had been closed through a house swap. No consultation with me or our office. I still had to draft the purchase agreement and then hand over the keys afterward. I believe that earlier and open communication would have been better.
