The real estate agent we had chosen, Mr. Smit, turned out to have a full schedule. The viewing and handling could not be done by himself but had to be taken over by his colleague. Very regrettable. My experience with Anderz Real Estate is not as fantastic as other reviews suggest. Last year I bought a house with Anderz Real Estate as the agent, and then for convenience also kept them as agent for selling my own home. However, the feeling of being taken care of was far from there. The handover of the new home did not go as promised. The house was only handed over seven hours later, but the agent himself had already flown away. Also, the home was measured incorrectly and therefore the number of m2 did not match. When selling the old house, there was unnecessary noise on the line, the agent did not act decisively and I had to myself provide clarity to the purchasing agent (of the buyers) about the status of the VvE. In short, looking back on the entire process, I would definitely have done things differently and not through Anderz.

A few days later, the property had already been removed from Move. I asked the real estate agent to activate the bidding log. The response was, 'We do not have a bidding log.' I then requested that the bidding log be emailed to me, but received no response. A few days later I sent a repeated request. The agent's reply: 'We discussed with the salesperson and she finds it unpleasant to share this. Moreover, we are not obliged to do so. Despite that information I made a printout. However, the bids received by email from other real estate agents are not included here. We had more...' The agent is affiliated with Vastgoed Nederland. Therefore, I requested the sending of the mandatory official bidding log in which also the releasing conditions of the bidders and any other agreements are mentioned. The agent's literal response: 'This is the official logbook. I think you're confused... what did you think I sent? This is the log.' In a final attempt to get the agent to make the official logbook accessible, I wrote: 'If I follow the information on the internet, I always come to the conclusion that the releasing conditions - provided they exist - should be mentioned in the bidding log. That is especially important here because the seller's choice apparently fell on a bid that is 10,000 lower than the highest bid. I would like to know which releasing conditions or other reservations justify this choice.
