We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always polite, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

25 Dec 2024Joan and Rudy guided us through the buying and selling process. After inviting three local real estate agents, it was actually quite clear to us that we would choose Smit and Douma. During the first meeting, they immediately took a good look at our house and measured it directly so Joan could determine a good price based on comparable properties. Joan was also able to provide a lot of certainty about the price we could expect, so we could adjust our budget accordingly. When it came to properties for purchase, thorough research was done and comparable properties and their bidding behavior were analyzed. We also experienced both processes as very positive. Joan and Rudy were also available on weekends if quick decisions had to be made for both the sale and purchase. They create contracts digitally so that we, as buyers and sellers, can sign quickly, which speeds up the cooling-off period. For us as sellers, this provides quick certainty. All in all, very satisfied. We hope to live in our new house for a long time, but if we ever move again, we will definitely involve Joan and Rudy again.

Due to the pleasant spontaneous contact with Klaas, we immediately chose him as our selling real estate agent for our own home. 25 Nov 2024I would recommend Namaco to everyone. Personally, I have been helped by Kjeld, Klaas, Larissa, and Marit, and they were all quick and easy to reach, skilled, and always clear and friendly. In a housing market where I initially looked at with suspicion, they brought me from acquaintance to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! The mortgage advice from Klaas is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Throughout the entire process, it was always clear to me what I myself had to do, and what Klaas took care of for me. In summary, top team. Highly recommended.
