Op aanraden van anderen deze makelaar ingeschakeld. Deze mensen waren erg tevreden. Helaas was onze ervaring buitensporig slecht. Naast een onaangenaam gevoel van onder druk gezet worden wat natuurlijk nog enigszins subjectief is, zijn er in vrijwel elke stap van de verkoop ook aantoonbaar grove fouten gemaakt. Van foutjes in de verkooptekst, tot het niveau dat de verkoopovereenkomst tot twee keer toe nog gegevens bevatte van een ander huis. Het verhaal werd nog slechter toen we zagen dat na verkoop de woning binnen een paar maanden ook weer door de koper doorverkocht voor is voor een fors hoger bedrag ter waarde van een modaal jaarsalaris. Misschien een toevalligheid, verband met de makelaar kunnen we helaas niet aantonen. Alles is natuurlijk af te doen met ‘kan gebeuren’, uiteindelijk was het doel toch te woning verkopen en dat is geluk.

Tijdig georiënteerd op de woningwaarde met snel en objectief resultaat. Bij start verkoop goed overleg over de vraagprijs. Snelle planning bezichtigingen en rapportage daarover. Na keuze koper intern snel en goed koopcontract gemaakt en rondgestuurd. Na bedenktijd bord "Verkocht" geplaatst. Vanaf dat moment valt het contact stil. Vervolg en afronding bij de overdacht bij de notaris. Makelaar heeft ervoor gezorgd dat binnen 4 weken de woning was verkocht. Prima!
