He stated that he normally 'only deals with the higher segment' and therefore apparently felt too good for the 200K property we were opting for. Had Groenhout Makelaars not been involved, our purchase would have proceeded more pleasantly and easily. Edit: I just read the things that the poster below me posted 2 months after me: Very recognizable, our house was listed on the internet as being in good condition (except for the kitchen), but actually everything (really everything) needs to be replaced. A very unreliable and unfair realtor.

Date unknownVery disappointed in this realtor. Pieter sold us the property and withheld a lot of information. As a result, we were confronted with large, high, and unexpected costs. They do rake in the money, but don't work on a solution. Only when a bad review is posted do they react. Again very disappointed. A meeting is now proposed, but during the period when complaints rained down, it was 'not home'. You should be ashamed of how you treat customers. Just sent the people for the maintenance and repair of the plastic window frames and doors away. Again a post of over 6000 euros where we were not made aware. A viewing of just under 20 minutes and then increasing the pressure. We are sick of being completely boxed in here. A young house of 10 years says nothing.

29 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

26 Oct 2025Exceptional, 6 out of 5. Martin and Quwendy are the best professionals in their field: attentive and loyal to their clients, and proactive, fast and effective in their work. As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

From the beginning, we felt in good hands, and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the process. As expats buying from abroad, we knew the market would be challenging. We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. 25 May 2025We are very satisfied with Namaco and how they helped us in our search for a home and mortgage. We experienced the contact with Namaco as very pleasant and fast. We could always turn to them with our questions and didn't have to wait long for an answer. Klaas is a broker with courage, which we like. Tom clearly took us through the mortgage part and arranged this quickly for us. We would also like to specifically mention and thank Larissa. It’s a shame to say goodbye already, visiting was always fun too. But we know who we want to enlist again in the future!
