For communication during the sales process, Siefkes uses an app. That is very convenient and ensures short lines of communication. We are very satisfied with how things went!

Date unknownYears ago, I emailed Siefkes, requesting removal. It was supposed to be done, and I requested confirmation by email. More than three weeks later, Siefkes tells me that such a thing wasn't agreed upon at all and starts behaving aggressively and reacting like a four-year-old child. Remarkably distorted and shameless behavior from the owner. Anything but professional. The owner does not respect anonymity and mentions my name so he has a means of pressure to force me to remove the response. Complete inappropriate behavior from this man. Edit2: This man was asked to remove my name. He doesn't want to do that. No, he is going to claim that my comments are false. Nothing more than a butcher inspecting his own meat. Edit3: There’s absolutely nothing anonymous about it. You know exactly who I am. You can use the Dikke van Dale to look up definitions of words before you use them. Meaning 'ANONYMOUS' ano·niem (adjective) 1 nameless, unsigned: an anonymous letter 2 to which you cannot assign a name: the anonymous crowd See point 2. You are fully capable of linking a name to this. Nothing anonymous on my side. Anyway, since you no longer answer the phone, I am giving here the proposal that I will call you next Monday at 10:00 AM to reach a solution. And I advise you to do so unsolicited otherwise more costs would be incurred which for you are not yet clear how much this could become for you. My thanks for removing my name. Edit4: Okay, you choose the legal path via the designated authority instead of coming to an agreement in a reasonably informal and low-threshold manner. Next week I will file my case and then you will see that you have not kept your word. Something you are currently refusing to acknowledge and especially busy with gaslighting me.

19 Feb 2025We tried to make an appointment to view a property, to which we were told that this is only possible on the viewing day. We indicated that we would then be unable due to our own business. The answer was unfortunately that it will not proceed. This happens in such an arrogant manner in which I personally have received a bad aftertaste. As far as I am concerned, the rule still applies: who pays decides, and it is not that the real estate agent decides and I pay, so that I must adapt to his rules. With the additional excuse that it is done in consultation with the current resident: ridiculous, the house is empty. Apparently, this real estate agent is doing very well, and he doesn't feel the need to invest time and energy in his future clients.

Also advice regarding the condition of the property (the real estate agent is also a building inspector) was valuable during the second viewing. The further processing such as reviewing the purchase agreement etc. is also being perfectly guided.

08 Sep 2024When we bought our current home some years ago, we engaged a structural engineer for a technical inspection. What a great guy he was. I've always maintained that you have to come from a good house to surpass such an expert man. Someone you don’t just find easily. But yes indeed.....he has been found, and it is Hittjo de Wal of Woonstee Makelaars! On the website he is described as a down-to-earth Groninger with a realistic view of things, and I can only agree. Last Friday, August 30, 2024, I had an appointment with him for a technical inspection in connection with the purchase of a property. It can be stated without further ado that Hittjo is structurally very knowledgeable and misses nothing. At least....that’s my conclusion, and after completing the very thorough inspection, I was convinced that almost every square centimeter of the house has been examined. Hittjo is a super enthusiastic man who takes his work very seriously and clearly sees his work as a hobby too. And all this with a good dose of humor. From me he gets a big feather and wishes everyone who needs a technical 'expert'. Once again, thank you very much for your expertise Hittjo! I know how to find you if that should be necessary again. 08 Aug 2024Hello, We have made an offer on a house in Midwolda and the offer was accepted by the sellers and we started everything in motion and Mr. Hittjo de Wal simply calls after a week and says that the house will not go through and has been sold to the other buyers because they have cash money. We think this is very sad from the company Woonstee, that we are being put at costs. And if you read the reviews well, then they do that and I am not the only one. Friendly angry realtor. Be careful. Well, it's quite something to get a bad review because you adhere to the law and also to your duty to protect the interests of your client (the seller). We naturally understand that Rob and Annet are very disappointed, but things are somewhat different than they say. After a verbal agreement was reached, we clearly pointed out to them via email that as long as there is no signed purchase agreement, both parties are free to withdraw from the sale. A verbal agreement is simply not valid. And if a better buyer appears in the meantime, it is our DUTY to inform the seller of this, and the seller is FREE to enter into an agreement with this other buyer. Furthermore, the house was NOT just sold to someone else (and there’s absolutely no question of cash), because we still offered them the opportunity to adjust their bid. The fact that Rob and Annet have incurred costs is their own choice. We did not advise them to start the mortgage application or put their house on the market prematurely. And an appointment for a building inspection had not yet been made. Perhaps it would have been better if they had been assisted by a buyer's agent, who could then have explained the rules to them as well.
