We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always polite, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

05 May 2024Following a viewing, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the viewing it was indicated that the price counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

In a housing market where I initially looked at with suspicion, they brought me from acquaintance to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! The mortgage advice from Klaas is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Vind het niet netjes als een makelaar die pas is begonnen klanten niet te woord wilt staan en heel kort af doet. Mijn persoonlijke mening is geen zaken doen met deze jonge ondernemer. Ondernemen is niet voor iedereen weggelegd !

Veel uitleg moeten geven aan hypotheekverstrekkers. Maar het is hem gelukt. Met vragen kun je altijd bij hem terecht. Er wordt in een huiselijke sfeer alles uitgelegd, onder het genot van kopje koffie wat direct bij binnenkomst wordt aangeboden door de lieve collegas van Ronald. 👏

07 Dec 2024Wij zochten een lokale adviseur in Groningen die de markt daar kent omdat we zelf uit Noord Holland komen en wilde "emigreren". Wat begon als whisfull thinking werd steeds serieuzer mede dankzij de goede hulp van Ronald met onze financiering. Na een half jaar zoeken een mooi huisje gevonden en in december gaan we verhuizen. Ronald en Steffan hebben ons altijd goed geholpen en ondanks dat de geldverstrekker soms tegen werkte hebben ze het toch voor ons kunnen regelen. De afstand was soms lastig maar per mail en telefoon kom je al een heel eind..Amber natuurlijk ook bedankt voor alle hulp😉. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en blij dat we voor jullie hebben gekozen! We still decided to go ahead and buy, even though we had to cover additional expenses due to these discrepancies missed by the agent. On the other side I'm glad I followed her advice and move the search to a different area of the city that would fit better my family needs, and indeed we're very happy with our new neighborhood.
