Ilse guided and helped my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process and everything that comes with it regarding the search and purchase of a suitable ground floor apartment for my in-laws. And additionally, the sale of the house where they lived for over 40 years. Hats off to the way she did that! My in-laws are getting older and could no longer do it themselves due to health problems. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always on time for appointments. She thought along with the process and informed us well. She was accessible for all questions throughout the entire process and she was flexible. She did all of this in a very pleasant way with much respect and patience. Moreover, she felt very well what my in-laws and we needed. My in-laws are very happy with the apartment they bought with Ilse's help.

Fine sales guidance. A clear explanation during the introductory meeting of how the process would proceed. The real estate agent, Jelmer Sterken, was always reachable and if not, I was quickly called back. The handling was taken care of down to the last detail, with contact made the day before the transfer to ensure everything went as planned.

Bauke and Anna recently helped me with a purchase. I've now been living in the house for about four months. A few weeks ago, I suddenly thought to myself: 'I might still be living here in 40 years'. I couldn’t have even dreamed of that a year ago. Bauke is simply the best (purchase)broker in the North. No exaggeration. During a very difficult period, he helped me find a home within a few months. And not just any home: I couldn't have done better. No place was too crazy or too far for Bauke. We viewed virtually all kinds of properties. Ultimately, I had a choice of three homes on which my bid was accepted. I chose this one from those, which meets all my wishes. Bauke ensured that I could purchase it at a good price and that the process went smoothly. He was also unusually understanding, honest, helpful and accessible. Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say?
