Contacted by phone and spoke with Robert Jan. It was a very short conversation, which he ended abruptly. I don't think it's fair that a realtor who has just started out doesn't want to speak to clients and dismisses them so briefly. My personal opinion is not doing business with this young entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship isn't for everyone!

Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say? Ilse guided and helped my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process and everything that comes with it regarding the search and purchase of a suitable ground floor apartment for my in-laws. Expert, personal attention, customer-friendly, enormously helpful with all the 'hassle' that comes with moving (and in our case also the purchase of a new apartment guided by Gert), good advice, accessibility is top; communication via email, calls/apps always answered super quickly (besides Gert - definitely compliments for Petra as well). Always friendly, and also took action physically on two occasions, Mr. is practically minded. Office: upon entering you are immediately in the open workspace of 3 to 4 people who look at you and you get the feeling that you need to speak louder. There should be a reception desk in my opinion or someone should stand up as a fixed point of contact to exchange words with you.
