Date unknownBe careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

Steenhuis was responsible for taking photos, determining the rent price, listing on Funda, screening tenants, drafting the lease agreement, and conducting the initial inspection. Undoubtedly there will be a handover and possibly everyone their own expertise, but I found that very unfortunate.
