Super happy with the team and Pieter. A separate WhatsApp channel for all your questions and Funda links. We had a rather specific search picture, but with the help of Pieter's sharp eye, the useful sparring sessions and the quick switching of his team, we found the house that suits us, exactly in our dream location. 29 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

04 Mar 2025We tried to make an appointment to view a property, to which we were told that this is only possible on the viewing day. We indicated that we would then be unable due to our own business. The answer was unfortunately that it will not proceed. This happens in such an arrogant manner in which I personally have received a bad aftertaste. As far as I am concerned, the rule still applies: who pays decides, and it is not that the real estate agent decides and I pay, so that I must adapt to his rules. With the additional excuse that it is done in consultation with the current resident: ridiculous, the house is empty. Apparently, this real estate agent is doing very well, and he doesn't feel the need to invest time and energy in his future clients.

25 Oct 2020I have had bad experiences with this real estate agent. Recently purchased a house here. After the move, serious defects quickly came to light. The seller made no mention of the severe leak. Also in the signed sales agreement, the seller states at no point having observed any damage to the property. However, after moving into the property, it turned out that the roof was completely leaking. The previous owner visibly placed tape on the roof where it leaked, so they were certainly aware of this. The wood was deeply black and rotten. Contacted this real estate agent immediately. The real estate agent would contact the seller. No response from the real estate agent. Repeatedly contacted the real estate agent, and the real estate agent provided zero cooperation. Now I have personally repaired the damage to the roof, which has cost me thousands of euros. People, please for your own good never buy a property through this real estate agent. The real estate agent provides no cooperation!

Only to be told that it was already sold last week. Is this realtor too lazy to use the 'under offer' and 'sold' button on Funda or their own website?

16 May 2025'Ready to move in' according to the real estate agent – provided you bring a level and snorkel. What a gem, this house in Schildwolde! According to the real estate agent, all you need is a lick of paint and you can move in. That’s right, if you don’t mind a marble spontaneously embarking on a world tour as soon as you let it go – that's how crooked the house was. And that mysterious water feature on the ceiling? Turns out it’s not a design choice, but a leak. Nicely modern, just like the wooden floor which offers a mini trampoline experience with every step. Oh, and do you want to schedule a viewing? Good luck! Jans Duit Makelaardij used to be reachable. Nowadays, you'd have better luck contacting a medium than their office. And then there’s the one on Oldenbarneveltlaan. For sale, out of sale, back in again... The house has more phases than an IKEA cabinet without instructions. Maybe it will soon be ‘for sale’ spiritually as well?

16 Oct 2024X months ago, I saw a beautiful property come by, immediately called and emailed, but received no response so I left a voicemail requesting a callback, called 4 times that same week but still no answer. Also sent a WhatsApp message to which I never received a reply. Subsequently, someone else (a man) had me call, who put quite a bit of pressure on him, and he eventually returned the call to say he could not help him. A bad situation this!

Offering a house for sale and being unable to reach the realtor in any way, yet a house was sold subject to conditions… A bad situation that I myself would never do business with.

I've been waiting for 7 months. He is busy, has ADHD, there's no getting a hold of him, and he babbles on without letting you get a word in edgewise. A true realtor who only looks at his own profit with a flimsy sales pitch.
