Great experience with Massink! My real estate agent, Alex, thought carefully about the sale of my home. Always reachable for my questions. When I had sold my home, the seller withdrew after a while, so the house had to be put back on the market. Within no time it was online again and they got everything in motion to sell it anyway. This succeeded with a nice result!

Despite the fact that I had a particularly attractive property for sale, they were able to arrange a sale. The market situation for a property like mine didn't make it any easier, as real estate investors are not so happy with developments in The Hague. Many real estate investors were selling their properties instead of buying, which made it more difficult for us to find a buyer. After just over a year, we were still able to find the right buyer.

They are SCAMMERS!! I received a flyer in my mailbox with the text; are you doubting to sell your home, then get a free and non-binding valuation. This was done and they indicated that they wanted to buy it for a certain amount (which according to their valuation) this amount turned out to be more than 20 percent below market price. So don't trust them!

Posting spam immediately doesn't come across as professional. Update 16-6-2022: another letter from this pauper organization. I hope they go bankrupt because they are very irritating.

After a very quick appointment for the valuation, the agreed-upon arrangements were repeatedly not honored. Subsequently contacted Massink. The response was that due to busyness, other priorities were chosen instead of the agreements made. My house certainly will not be sold through this real estate agent.

What a worthless real estate agency! Very unprofessional: double-booked viewings where no information is given. In the registration procedure, it is specifically written that it is an ultimate bid, after which they call rudely that you are in the top 3 and you can bid again. Jorick is completely worthless as a broker. He promises everything but arranges nothing and never comes back on anything himself. You have to constantly chase him. He uses old purchase contracts from the internet with a law still stated that no longer exists. Truly a disgrace. With this organization, you can clearly see that 'broker' is not a protected name and any joker can call themselves that. Unfortunately, you cannot award 0 stars.

Dissatisfied with Massink Vastgoed. During the viewing, stories were told that turned out to be untrue afterwards. The house didn't look like it was presented; quick money making. (which we saw through) We could make a final offer, but still had to submit another bid as the last three. They got us to sign the contract even though we indicated we did not want to. But yes, we had already taken a day off for that. Ultimately, after an uncertain time, the purchase went back and forth etc. Ultimately, it fell through and we incurred costs. A few months later, we were still able to buy. But no compensation; then the house would go to someone else. A nasty way of doing business during a housing shortage. I called so many times and was told that we would hear something back soon, but that practically never happened. I would never do business with this company.

Doesn't inspire confidence. Just keeps sending mail. I am registered with postfilter.nl and that register companies must first check before they send a mailing. This company does not do that. I don't do business with unprofessional companies.

Professional, as a customer you are listened to well, made appointments are kept.

I regularly receive mail from this company and have asked them not to do so anymore. I don't benefit from it and don't use their services. In response, I received: Yes sir, we also need to earn our money, inconvenient for you, goodbye and the phone was slammed down. Good luck with the business gentlemen!

Just received a 'post' from Massink. Of course, it's disguised unaddressed mail if you push them through everyone's letterbox. The owner, Willem Pastoor, turns out to be (or have been) the owner of many other companies that constantly change their names to avoid claims. Seems like really a fantastic company to do business with. NOT!!! Enough to find on the internet about their practices.
