Hierbij wil ik aanmelden dat de makelaar theo niet de juiste wijze info doorgeeft als er gebreken zijn zoals dat meterkast in de loods tegenover is van een andere persoon is dat ik aan de overkant een huis heeft gekocht.heeft niet via bezichteging aan ons gemeld. En zegt theo ook dat die wij ervan weten. goed bezig 👍 ik wil ook melden over een tussenpad van de woning van mijn kadastral dat de buren ook gaan gebruiken terwijl dat alleen maar de elektrisch bedrijf ervan kan gebruiken dat was de afspraak via bezichteging. Schimmel in de woning en luchtverwarming doet het niet. Het was ook niet goed opgeruimd bij het opleveren. ik heb zelfs mee geholpen op het eindpunt theo was er zelfs erbij. Theo wist dat dat dit naar toeging. Goed bezig👍 en wat vind jullie hier ervan met zo’n voorwaarden van theo makelaar. Maak er maar de juiste makelaar de keuze ervan. Ik schrijf de waarheid waar ernaar toegaat over zo’n makelaar.

Marten's involvement was very nice! There was active thinking about how we could best sell our house and schedule the viewings flexibly. This made it possible for everyone who wanted to see it to come and look. Also, there was active thinking about what else we needed to do to the house to make it more saleable. I think that also had a positive effect on the sale of the house.
