13 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

20 Nov 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

28 Oct 2024Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say?
