Only to be told that it was already sold last week. Is this realtor too lazy to use the 'under offer' and 'sold' button on Funda or their own website?

I have had bad experiences with this real estate agent. Recently purchased a house here. After the move, serious defects quickly came to light. The seller made no mention of the severe leak. Also in the signed sales agreement, the seller states at no point having observed any damage to the property. However, after moving into the property, it turned out that the roof was completely leaking. The previous owner visibly placed tape on the roof where it leaked, so they were certainly aware of this. The wood was deeply black and rotten. Contacted this real estate agent immediately. The real estate agent would contact the seller. No response from the real estate agent. Repeatedly contacted the real estate agent, and the real estate agent provided zero cooperation. Now I have personally repaired the damage to the roof, which has cost me thousands of euros. People, please for your own good never buy a property through this real estate agent. The real estate agent provides no cooperation!
