Broker is not transparent! The broker would like us to sell the property to the viewer (eventually also buyer) where they knew that they could also sell their house. Professionalism leaves much to be desired in several respects. More concerned with the buying party (who had not engaged a broker) than with the selling party. To the disadvantage of the selling party, while they were our broker. I therefore do not recommend this broker.
