20 Oct 2025This realtor was asked to sell my farm. At first everything went well. The ladies who work for him. No problems with them. Super! But the realtor made many mistakes. Like during a viewing where he could not be present himself, telling people where the key is so that they and the building inspector could enter my house. The building inspector advised me to fire the realtor. The realtor does not guarantee anonymity, which has led to death threats from my ex to the bidder. Also, the realtor passed on different information to my ex than what I received. This I found out through a bidder. 1 star is actually too much for this realtor. Fortunately, I can now keep the farm myself. Something else that I was not allowed to say to the realtor. The realtor himself took the farm off the market. Fortunately, because I could not do it from my ex. Reaction to Siefkes. I have been Mr. Siefkes' client all along. I paid everything. Not Mr. Kroeze. I did not deceive Mr. Kroeze. He terrorized me the whole time. That I also let one of Siefkes' employees know. Mr. Kroeze always made sexual remarks in the group chat, for which I always apologized. The fact that I can now live on the farm is thanks to honest people. To an honest realtor, to an honest lawyer. That Mr. Siefkes believes in Mr. Kroeze's half-truths is also a mistake of his. I was never allowed to tell my side of the story to Siefkes.

20 Oct 2025Never go into the sea with real estate agent siefkes. I made an anonymous offer on a property that siefkes does not respect and passed my name along to the selling party. As a result, I received various threats including death threats from mr. kroeze who had the property for sale. I have called them multiple times about this, and they said erik would get back to me regarding this matter. But erik is too afraid to do so. Erik will never admit his mistakes. Reaction to siefkes stupid answer: First of all, I had reported that I wanted to remain anonymous until the offer was accepted! Secondly, mr. kroeze never gave siefkes full instructions and only passed on half of them to the actual client. Now erik is hiding again in denial. But he thinks only about money. Suddenly he comes up with a reaction but still does not admit his mistakes or apologize. All this can be read back in the emails.

Dear Bart, Buying a house anonymously obviously cannot be done. You would have to put your information on the purchase agreement after all. And the seller needs to know who they are dealing with. That you wanted to do it anonymously in order to take my client out of the game, we are not the right company for that. And therefore placing multiple negative reviews is also not very nice.

Date unknownYears ago, I emailed Siefkes, requesting removal. It was supposed to be done, and I requested confirmation by email. More than three weeks later, Siefkes tells me that such a thing wasn't agreed upon at all and starts behaving aggressively and reacting like a four-year-old child. Remarkably distorted and shameless behavior from the owner. Anything but professional. The owner does not respect anonymity and mentions my name so he has a means of pressure to force me to remove the response. Complete inappropriate behavior from this man. Edit2: This man was asked to remove my name. He doesn't want to do that. No, he is going to claim that my comments are false. Nothing more than a butcher inspecting his own meat. Edit3: There’s absolutely nothing anonymous about it. You know exactly who I am. You can use the Dikke van Dale to look up definitions of words before you use them. Meaning 'ANONYMOUS' ano·niem (adjective) 1 nameless, unsigned: an anonymous letter 2 to which you cannot assign a name: the anonymous crowd See point 2. You are fully capable of linking a name to this. Nothing anonymous on my side. Anyway, since you no longer answer the phone, I am giving here the proposal that I will call you next Monday at 10:00 AM to reach a solution. And I advise you to do so unsolicited otherwise more costs would be incurred which for you are not yet clear how much this could become for you. My thanks for removing my name. Edit4: Okay, you choose the legal path via the designated authority instead of coming to an agreement in a reasonably informal and low-threshold manner. Next week I will file my case and then you will see that you have not kept your word. Something you are currently refusing to acknowledge and especially busy with gaslighting me.

Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

05 Oct 2025The choice for this real estate agent was based on a historical collaboration together with a lower commission compared to a direct competitor. Unfortunately, my choice turned out to be a miss this time, but rather a debacle. Simple agreements were not followed through, such as promises regarding when feedback would be given on the subject. I had to continuously chase this real estate office. It also turned out that there was little knowledge about how certain matters work on Funda, such as automatic notifications (about an Open House) to the target group that has marked the property as a favorite. Our property attracted surprisingly little interest in the first few weeks. We would expect that a real estate agent shows pro-activeness and comes up with suggestions, but everything remained reactive throughout the entire process. Once I decided to terminate the collaboration, I had an evaluation meeting and shared my feedback. All feedback was embraced and confirmed, with a remark that there happened to be a new vacancy posted, because it had become too busy. As far as 1 extra FTE would make a difference, it was definitely too late for me. And since then I only see the property offering via this real estate agent increasing, leading me to conclude a “mass = cash strategy”. A good service provider must also be able to recognize and accept limits, and sometimes this also includes 'no sale' as well. Considering that an average house sells itself quickly, there is hardly any interest and it's relatively easy to earn money. As soon as a sale doesn't go so well on its own, you're at the mercy of fate. After this negative experience with a real estate office, I decided to engage an internet real estate agent in order to be purely listed on Funda, and then I would facilitate the viewings myself. Within a period of 3 weeks there have been multiple viewings, with also a successful sale as a result. I advise future home sellers to also consider such an option (internet real estate agent). It saves a lot of commission and in my case, all the viewers even indicated that the experience was much more positive compared to viewings via professional real estate agents.

We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. It was delivered according to a high professional standard: each section was carefully written and the information was clearly, logically and detailed presented. The inspector even checked the locks on the interior doors, checked the moisture in the walls and brought things to our attention that we might not even think of.

25 Sep 2025Recently we viewed a house that this real estate agent had for sale in Winschoten. In the photos it could be seen that there had been leakage from the upper floor. However, nothing was mentioned about this in the text except that the bathroom needed renovation or a different use. Upon viewing, it turned out that the bathroom had leakage and could no longer be used. We were greeted by a friendly young man who showed us around. However, for almost every question we asked, such as; why do these people want to move? We got the answer: I don't know. And that answer was given for almost every question. You couldn't get any information. During our viewing, Mr Hittjo was sitting at the dining table on a chair on his mobile phone. He barely looked up from it. He did not introduce himself or anything and continued with his mobile phone. Outside, it was noticed that the exterior stones of the bay windows were different and it looked as if the bay windows had been added later. So we asked the young man that question and got the answer: I don't know. We then asked Mr Hittjo the same question, but he answered: they found it beautiful for sure. And Mr Hittjo shrugged his shoulders. We could live with that answer. Also, considering the poor condition of the house, we found the asking price really too high. All in all, a pity.

Well. Fortunately, most people are actually always positive about our viewings (also because we always take enough time for them) but they usually don't leave a review.... As for the bathroom: there was indeed in the text that this must be renovated (and not modernized), from which you could deduce that it is no longer usable. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment for you. Hittjo was busy typing an inspection report on his mobile phone. And for some questions we really don't know the answer, e.g., whether a bay window was added later. For a house with construction year 1932, the owner himself can only make statements about the time he has lived there himself. Perhaps next time better.
