15 Nov 2024consider this before you go into business with them. communication via phone is bad, and they simply ignore email inquiries during purchase. the thermal baths, Buurmans' land comes up for sale only once, you do want it, don't you? if you don't make a better offer, I'll put it online tomorrow. this is the normal course of events here. and if you file a complaint about this with the director, you’ll never hear anything again.

Date unknownBe careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

Steenhuis was responsible for taking photos, determining the rent price, listing on Funda, screening tenants, drafting the lease agreement, and conducting the initial inspection. 05 Sep 2024Meanwhile, the second mortgage through Boekelo, for the second new-build home. We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

They think along, come up with solutions, good communication not pushy. Just a nice person who has taken on a lot of work to relieve me as much as possible.
