Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. I can recommend Wijnholds real estate agents. Hans is a top performer!! I find it very important that there is a personal approach, and that is certainly the case with Hans. Always punctual for viewings. Very skilled in his field, and gives good advice! Even on weekends I'm happy with the sale, and enjoying my new place. My experiences with Lamberink real estate, especially Erik Holties as the selling agent, are downright bad. The information provided about the property and plot was incomplete and in certain points outright untrue. The uninterested attitude of the realtor, in my opinion, was just a game. Even the buyer's agent did not manage to protect us from a lot of misery. Supplement March 6: Erik Holties has responded and made an offer to do something together about the miserable situation.
