   Really well assisted in the search for a home of my own. From the first conversation it was immediately clear that no guarantees could be given about the duration of the search. Always spoken to kindly and neatly. Staff are skilled in their profession and helped me well with making the various choices, including a mortgage but also different insurances. There was always room for questions and reflection on the choices. They also thought along well with the different choices.    Bram (Bieden & Wonen Zuid-Drenthe) has been both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent for me. By chance, I came into contact with Bram because of a house that I wanted to view. I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. He listened to the story and immediately there was understanding and empathy, and absolutely no pushing - qualities that you don't always encounter in commercial circles. I was curious about a possible search and Bram gave us information about the possibility of using him as a buyer's agent. Bram came across during that conversation as no-nonsense, expert, involved and reliable, and we went into business with him. That felt like a good step for 'Westerners' looking for space and nature in Drenthe. After we had viewed a house together that was very disappointing (and where we had to drive a total of 5 hours for), Bram suggested that he would do the first viewing of houses that might interest us, and we would only come over from Leiderdorp as a second step, after having a good feeling about Bram. A number of houses that he viewed didn't work out, but when we arrived at the next house, it was a hit! We also entrusted Bram with the sale of my house in Leiderdorp. Although I initially had doubts about whether it would be handy to have a real estate agent from Emmen sell a house in Leiderdorp, the feeling about Bram was good and it turned out that the distance was no problem at all. I admired how hard and in a good mood Bram always worked, and patiently (as it should be) went into all our questions, reassured us when needed, and provided the information we needed.    My experience with buying and selling is completely fantastic, and I am therefore extremely satisfied with the organization. The platform works excellently, I could follow everything well, privacy guaranteed and I could see everything well. Bram Jakobs was always ready for me and when I had questions, I could turn to him and he always responds quickly with clarity, straightforward. My house is sold in Papendrecht, which is at the end of Bram's direction, that was no problem for him, Bram is honest, sincere, and a very dynamic young real estate agent with business sense.    My experience with Bieden en Wonen Zuid Drenthe and agent Bram Jakobs was better than expected. From the first contact I noticed that Bram is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush. I found this extremely refreshing, because in the real estate world you still come across vague promises and unclear agreements quite often. With Bram, that's absolutely not the case: honesty, clarity and transparency come first. What also struck me very much was the insightful system that Bieden en Wonen works with. Via my personal dashboard, I had insight into the status of my property, offers and the entire sales process at any time. This gave me not only **trust, but also control over what was happening. I didn't have to constantly ask how things were going, because everything was immediately available and clear. The guidance and service were also excellent.
