Makelaarsunie has helped me immensely with selling my old house. I was fantastically assisted by selling agent Pascal. From start to finish (first conversation, having photos made of the house, listing on Funda and handing over the keys) went extremely smoothly. Any challenges regarding missing pieces and such were nearly immediately picked up by Pascal. The contact was mainly via WhatsApp, but also via email and telephone he is always easy to reach. I would recommend Makelaarsunie 100% to people looking for a suitable agent. (Special thanks to Pascal Hölzenspies) My old house has been sold, and I look back on a successful process!

Several viewings requested in the past 2 months, responding to nothing. Emails sent asking why they weren't responding, no response to that either. Now, after 2 months, they finally contacted us and asked which properties we were interested in. After mentioning the addresses, they said they had already been sold... That’s not so strange, after 2 months! Although we see on their site and funda that 1 property is still for sale. They told us they often have problems receiving emails, that they end up in spam. If you know that anyway…🤔 It's a shame things went this way but we are not the only ones. A nice housing offer, but we won’t buy anything for it, unfortunately literally.
