Because we sold a property before you could view it, do you call us fraudsters? We understand that you are disappointed, but accusing us of fraudulent practices goes too far for me. Fraudsters are people who want to do business under false pretenses, which we never and will never do. We won't let you view a property that has already been sold; that is fair to you and perfectly normal, and it happens more often in this hectic housing market.

It doesn't always go smoothly, we had a lot of viewings and often almost agreements but just not quite, many hesitant people. The challenge became increasingly bigger and 'the persistent wins' is a good saying. We eventually found a good buyer who could also take it over quickly, which was important for you, because the house was already empty.
