consider this before you go into business with them. communication via phone is bad, and they simply ignore email inquiries during purchase. the thermal baths, Buurmans' land comes up for sale only once, you do want it, don't you? if you don't make a better offer, I'll put it online tomorrow. this is the normal course of events here. and if you file a complaint about this with the director, you’ll never hear anything again.
