08 Jun 2024You are calling Hartog Real Estate and Insurance with a number of open questions, because I don't understand the matter. In my opinion, asking questions is free. Whether you can claim damages retroactively, the answer was no, that would be fraud. Fine, then I won’t do that. Since I personally don’t want to commit fraud. But are you being called a fraudster when you get a callback? I really can't accept that. If you ask a question, you are not immediately a fraudster. And I am not asking to cooperate with this. However, for an insurance application for the future, in case of an accident, fire or outside the home. (Plus, a fraudster will never ever call using their own mobile number, by the way.) This is what I wanted to mention as a review. Since I also find it important when people give me an honest review. Yesterday, Mr. was very friendly and helpful on the phone, today he was just aggressive. Sorry, but I don’t appreciate being portrayed as a fraudster. + that you don't care whether or not you get a new customer. ''It's only about a few tens of euros''. If that is the approach of your company. I really wonder if you enjoy doing this. Good luck & have a nice day.

Our response to your question was that it is not possible to claim an existing damage on a yet-to-be-concluded insurance policy. This is indeed considered fraud and is not permitted. We certainly did not call you a fraudster with this.

We did everything we could to properly complete the entire sales process including viewings with multiple interested parties, negotiations, drafting the purchase agreement and guidance towards the notary. 12 Nov 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Fraud and deception may even apply here. Considerable messing around with point scoring and other documents. Naturally, no one wants to hear complaints here. An official complaint has now been lodged with the NVM regarding their actions; I turned out not to be the only one. However, you remain a victimized tenant or buyer. So for anyone reading this, be warned. A warned person counts for two.
