16 Apr 2024You are calling Hartog Real Estate and Insurance with a number of open questions, because I don't understand the matter. In my opinion, asking questions is free. Whether you can claim damages retroactively, the answer was no, that would be fraud. Fine, then I won’t do that. Since I personally don’t want to commit fraud. But are you being called a fraudster when you get a callback? I really can't accept that. If you ask a question, you are not immediately a fraudster. And I am not asking to cooperate with this. However, for an insurance application for the future, in case of an accident, fire or outside the home. (Plus, a fraudster will never ever call using their own mobile number, by the way.) This is what I wanted to mention as a review. Since I also find it important when people give me an honest review. Yesterday, Mr. was very friendly and helpful on the phone, today he was just aggressive. Sorry, but I don’t appreciate being portrayed as a fraudster. + that you don't care whether or not you get a new customer. ''It's only about a few tens of euros''. If that is the approach of your company. I really wonder if you enjoy doing this. Good luck & have a nice day.

Our response to your question was that it is not possible to claim an existing damage on a yet-to-be-concluded insurance policy. This is indeed considered fraud and is not permitted. We certainly did not call you a fraudster with this.

We did everything we could to properly complete the entire sales process including viewings with multiple interested parties, negotiations, drafting the purchase agreement and guidance towards the notary. Corona had just broken out and at that moment the buyer appeared. You didn't mind giving them access. Should I have forgotten the gift, my apologies for that. 20 Nov 2024We had a great experience with Schreuder Makelaars and appreciate their service in the current tight housing market situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend our realtor Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and were generally extremely kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. 27 Feb 2025We tried to make an appointment to view a property, to which we were told that this is only possible on the viewing day. We indicated that we would then be unable due to our own business. The answer was unfortunately that it will not proceed. This happens in such an arrogant manner in which I personally have received a bad aftertaste. As far as I am concerned, the rule still applies: who pays decides, and it is not that the real estate agent decides and I pay, so that I must adapt to his rules. With the additional excuse that it is done in consultation with the current resident: ridiculous, the house is empty. Apparently, this real estate agent is doing very well, and he doesn't feel the need to invest time and energy in his future clients.
