As a seller, Arnold does try his best, but he plays weird games with buyers. Unfortunately, you see that (usually) as a seller yourself. Never again for Dunning for us.

Came across this real estate agent by chance. There was an immediate click. Gave the necessary advice, among other things regarding determining the asking price of the house. After the house was put up for sale, I was regularly kept informed about the progress. Overall, a good feeling was gained here. Also, the further handling with the buyers, notary went as desired. Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?! The house was 'available', the real estate agent told me. I got the strong impression that my questions were not appreciated.. the only thing I heard was, what do you want to hear from me?, and what do you want me to say?
