Later it turned out that Paul Schoon also had good knowledge of housing construction and he always came well prepared to viewings. I learned a lot from Paul about what to look for during a viewing. During the sale, effective, good/pleasant direct communication. After sales/during transfer less pleasant (a bit sloppy/insufficient) - also addressed on this point. The last moment, however, remains with you/sticks with you, which in my opinion is a shame. Schoon Makelaardij is characterized by short lines, down-to-earth, clear, businesslike and somewhat conservative. Tendering and sale are central.
