We still decided to go ahead and buy, even though we had to cover additional expenses due to these discrepancies missed by the agent. 19 Mar 2025Ilse guided and helped my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process and everything that comes with it regarding the search and purchase of a suitable ground floor apartment for my in-laws. And additionally, the sale of the house where they lived for over 40 years. Hats off to the way she did that! My in-laws are getting older and could no longer do it themselves due to health problems. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always on time for appointments. She thought along with the process and informed us well. She was accessible for all questions throughout the entire process and she was flexible. She did all of this in a very pleasant way with much respect and patience.
