I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. He listened to the story and immediately there was understanding and empathy, and absolutely no pushing - qualities that you don't always encounter in commercial circles. I was curious about a possible search and Bram gave us information about the possibility of using him as a buyer's agent. Bram came across during that conversation as no-nonsense, expert, involved and reliable, and we went into business with him. That felt like a good step for 'Westerners' looking for space and nature in Drenthe. A week later asked the owner again and still nothing signed. Viewed another house with this realtor and the house is too dirty, poor condition, knows nothing and still thinks he should ask 450,000 hahah. But according to him a beautiful property... yeah what rude behavior and as a seller you have to pay a hefty commission for that but he lies and deceives.
