From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. Date unknownIn our search for another home, we came across Draaijers Makelaardij. A real estate agent from Driebergen. Not that we were specifically looking in Driebergen, as we were orienting ourselves more broadly. We also looked in Zeist, Bilthoven, Soesterberg and a number of other places. Where another (larger) real estate agent responded with: 'I don't serve those areas', D. Draaijers embarked on the adventure with us to find a great new home, in a heavily inflated housing market. Because he has a strong financial background, we first looked at the possibilities with him, in the form of a financial scan. Later also the mortgage consultation and application done with him. Subsequently, we did quite a few viewings. To ultimately come across a super cool house in Tull. I dare to say with 200% certainty that we would not have acquired the house without his help. We would certainly have been more conservative with our bid. He knew how to ask us the right questions throughout the entire process, and challenge us on all sorts of things. Ultimately, we did all 3 steps with him together: - purchase - mortgage - sale Thank you very much for everything. If we move again in the future, ever, we will definitely contact you again! :)

These people have abused their position of trust as a rental agent by completely misleading me as a customer, withholding relevant information, and violating professional and ethical codes of conduct. First they (Joke) inspire confidence through proper behavior and then they switch to another pattern. This behavior is offering the property entrusted to them for far too low prices, they claim it's market-conform, they say these rental prices are due to falling purchase prices, while in reality rental prices in the Netherlands and the Utrecht region continued to rise. In the meantime, they also requested commission fees from the tenants. Which they admit and of which there is proof. In this way, they can enrich themselves at the expense of the landlord and make little effort to rent out properties. If you live temporarily abroad or elsewhere in the Netherlands with a busy job, you are not able to do your own market research on rental prices yourself. And that can only be done afterwards, many years later. Then it turns out that the damage is tens of thousands of euros. These people must be prevented from operating in this market. If you complain, you are intimidated by Taco who wants to mislead you again with false arguments, they would act completely market-conform, about the true nature of their practices. Recovering the suffered damages is almost impossible. They say that you have signed anyway. But that was due to their systematic deception which led you into their trap. There are other and legal words for this behavior.

29 Nov 2023I paid a considerable amount for the rental and management of my property, despite them not managing my tenants and me being bothered by tenants for every silly thing. I still paid a year's service charges in October (approximately 700 euros) and when the tenants left in June (this was still within the prepaid one-year service period and closing inspection costs were already included in the initial rent), he simply didn’t arrange it, and I received keys from tenants thrown into a mailbox. He doesn't respond to emails, the apartment was left dirty, the expensive floor is damaged, and he never came by for an inspection. I have no idea what I paid for. In one and a half years, I probably lost more than 3000 euros, and they didn’t perform their services as agreed. There are many other real estate agents nearby, avoid this one.
