I am a landlord of a property in Culemborg and engaged Pim to mediate. Although our initial contact was good, with a fine contract, a second tenant became an issue. Despite the contracts being drawn up by the real estate agent, they withdrew when there was uncertainty about the contract. Even after I gave them the option to still mediate, they chose not to execute the contract.
