We have never encountered a real estate agent like Gerald. His enthusiasm and personal approach were truly special. Instead of simply letting us “look around,” as we were used to with previous agents, Gerald showed us around as if it were his own home. He took the time to make us feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It felt as though he was genuinely involved and not just completing a viewing. Unfortunately, the location of this property wasn’t what my wife wanted, but Gerald gave us a great tip to register on a website. That has given us new energy in our search for a house. In short, Gerald is a real estate agent who practices his profession with passion and really cares about his clients. Thank you, Gerald, for the pleasant experience!

23 Feb 2025The sale of our farm on the Lingedijk went wonderfully (in retrospect). The personal contact and communication with Sylvia van Zandvoort was excellent. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. Highly recommended!
