We knew that just like us many others are looking for a starter home, but more effort could be put into selling the houses. The rooms were shown, no extra information was given and if we had a question it could be found in the brochure or was answered very briefly. Ridiculous! If you experience this once you might think that person is having a bad day, but after two viewings it was clear. Totally no pleasant atmosphere. It's only because the houses looked good that we made an offer, but if I had gone by the real estate agent I would have quickly left.

Unfortunately, after-sales service regarding hidden defects has fallen short and there was no response, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
