The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. 08 Apr 2025Unskilled, unprofessional, and untransparent realtor. 1 star is still too much for this party. The day before yesterday, we had a very unpleasant experience with Eva Hoek, realtor at van Ekeren and Kuiper Culemborg. At 3:47 PM, we submitted an offer, and the bidding was to close at 4:00 PM. At 4:11 PM, I was called to say that we had the winning bid and that the house was ours. An hour later, I was called again with the message that someone else had still managed to submit another, higher bid precisely at 4:00 PM, with the offer coming in via email and through a different email address. Quite a very strange coincidence indeed. Incidentally, it is also odd that as a realtor you don't properly check your mailbox at 4:00 PM and before making people happy who have been searching for a home to buy for half a year. In short: be warned about this kind of practice because your highest bid is now worth nothing with the closing time of the bids.

03 Dec 2024Interest in project(s) in Cothen, but left with a feeling of unease. A newly built house (apartment), free on name seemed appealing to us. Now curious how a lottery will go, because interest is high and there's allocation for the apartments. However, too little transparency here and too much striving to maximize profit..... sale by registration for highest bidder.....well, the sellers really should have been clear about that during advertising! Would have saved us a trip and disappointment .......but the intention here was obviously to attract as many people as possible. Add to that a vague parking space for the 2 large apartments and oh yes, another small spot of 1.5x1.5 m for an apartment of approximately 500,000 euros. Good luck......

After a pleasant, honest and transparent first meeting with Truus, we decided without a doubt to entrust the sale of our house to this capable team of women. In a very nice, flexible and accessible way, they assisted and relieved us throughout the entire sales process. Truus has great empathy. Easily creates a bond of trust with the seller. Adapts to wishes, is quick in reaction and action. And they really put thought into how they could ‘relieve my burden’ (nice word). The house sold quickly for more than the asking price, which is also nice. Expert, customer-focused and friendly are the keywords that come to mind.

Date unknownVery friendly real estate agency that isn't focused on making a lot of profit, but on serving buyers and sellers well with advice, support and hassle-free service. The friendly contact already starts with a cleverly designed website, an extremely good receptionist and skilled brokers. It is somewhat awkward that some properties are not listed on the site but on Instagram.

This way they see my questions and I always receive answers from the best-informed colleague in that area, even on weekends. Real teamwork. They mediated well between me and the buyers in several areas and that was appreciated by both parties.
