04 Feb 2025In a very painful period for us, during which we were forced to sell our family home after the death of our parents, we couldn't wish for a finer real estate agent than Denise. She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. 12 Jan 2025Friday April 19th, the first viewing for my girlfriend and me ever. We had absolutely no knowledge of the matter, but you have to start somewhere. On the Thursday afternoon before that, we decided to call a random real estate agent in the area with some questions in preparation for the viewing. By chance, we got Robbert on the line. Robbert immediately raised all sorts of topics that we were completely unaware of. We immediately got a good feeling about it. When asked if he happened to have time to come along the next morning, the answer was 'no'. 'But I will make time,' Robbert continued. Spoken and done. Together we went to the viewing. Unfortunately, we didn't have the winning bid, so we moved on to the next opportunity. Soon after, Robbert came up with an offer from his network: a possibility where we could buy before the market. A very nice offer! The only disadvantage was that Robbert was no longer allowed to act as our purchasing agent, because the sale was commissioned by one of his other clients. Initially, we thought this was a pity. Because we had such a good feeling about Robbert, we would have liked to have him with us throughout the entire process. However, it turned out that this wasn't a problem. Despite the fact that Robbert acted as the real estate agent for the selling party, he assisted us fantastically. All our questions were answered clearly and quickly, and the mediation between the parties went very smoothly. Robbert and his wife Anita are always and easily accessible. No question is too much, and they help where needed. Truly class! 3.5 months ago my girlfriend and I 'for fun' visited a mortgage advisor for an indication of how much we could borrow. Less than two weeks later we met Robbert, and meanwhile we have settled in our first little house. Buying a house at this time is certainly possible, even for first-time buyers! All you need is the right network and a bit of luck. Robbert brought us both in this case. Robbert and Anita, thank you! We hope you can continue to help many home seekers in such a nice way!

Things are never anything other than what he thinks they are, after all, he himself has observed that. He can’t stand criticism and whatever you say will later be used against you. 12 Jan 2024Very disappointing experience with this broker who clearly has multiple faces and plays the game unsportingly and unfairly. Plays people against each other and after securing a deal, casually opens things up for their own gain. A very unpleasant taste remains regarding this agency!
