There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

The property was ultimately sold for less than the 'bidding from price', but we as sellers thought that was fine, since things could be done quickly (which was our preference as sellers). The buyers are genuinely very happy with it, and we as sellers think that's nice too!

We expected more expertise and the purchase guidance was truly sad, no opening bid was retained but bidding went wild, seemed more concerned with the seller than the buyer in our opinion, all in all, this cost a lot of money during buying and selling and not for repetition.

Ultimately, my mother's house was sold almost 40,000 euros below the asking price, which happens very rarely nowadays. The text for Funda was full of spelling mistakes that I had corrected, there were errors in the preliminary purchase agreement, and my deceased father's will appeared to be temporarily lost with the real estate agent. All in all, I would have expected less amateurism from these real estate agents.....

13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!

15 Jul 2025Vlaming Real Estate is a bullseye! Both Sjoerd Vlaming and his staff are very service-oriented, decisive, empathetic and above all expert. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. Vlaming Real Estate handled this very respectfully, in addition to the aforementioned qualities. In short, every seller or buyer of a home would do well to engage this real estate agent, you won’t regret it!
