The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. We expected more expertise and the purchase guidance was truly sad, no opening bid was retained but bidding went wild, seemed more concerned with the seller than the buyer in our opinion, all in all, this cost a lot of money during buying and selling and not for repetition.

Ultimately, my mother's house was sold almost 40,000 euros below the asking price, which happens very rarely nowadays. The text for Funda was full of spelling mistakes that I had corrected, there were errors in the preliminary purchase agreement, and my deceased father's will appeared to be temporarily lost with the real estate agent. All in all, I would have expected less amateurism from these real estate agents.....

The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. 13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!

From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. Date unknownPurchase: We are very pleased with the help from the entire team of Vlaming Makelaardij. It is valuable when someone looks along during a viewing, and both Sjoerd and Willeke know how to ask the right questions. Questions where you yourself think afterwards 'oh yes, that's what I wanted to know'. We were also very well assisted with the entire process of purchasing the home. Sale: Vlaming real estate agents is a pleasant agency to work with. Firstly, a good assessment of the market value of our house including good advice on the asking price. Then good help on how we could fairly show the beautiful aspects of our home. And ultimately a pleasant way of guiding the viewings by both Sjoerd and Willeke including feedback to us as sellers. In short; highly recommended if you want to sell your house in Amersfoort or surrounding area.
