The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

21 Jun 2023Contact with the real estate agent was really good. If we had questions, we would text the agent and quickly receive a response. The agent also has knowledge of a 1930s home. We sold the house in 2.5 weeks, which we are very happy with. Really a top real estate agent, a true recommendation. Oh yes, and what is also super nice is that a sign comes up too late on the for sale sign instead of 'sold' when the house is sold.

28 Feb 2025What is this company has become very customer unfriendly in a few years. Reported water damage on February 14th, would be called back. After three days, I had to call again. A slightly irritated lady told me that I had the wrong department but she would pass it on. After nearly a week, I sent an email to the branch manager, and yes, after three days still nothing heard. Called again, unfortunately, no one was present at that department ???Why on earth do you still take an intermediary for your insurance. Well, because as you get older and don't know the subject matter so well, you hope that your affairs are properly arranged. NO WAY!

Claims are resolved promptly, and if necessary, I am reminded that I still need to sign a form. My enormous living room window had thermal damage and needed to be replaced. Bert selected a good contractor who installed the 2.5 x 3.5 meter window with a weight of 350kg without damaging the garden. The process was personally checked because it was not an everyday replacement. Compliments!

13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!
