Wij hebben de woning van onze ouders verkocht met begeleiding van Luckerhof en zijn zeer tevreden over hun aanpak. De communicatie was helder, eerlijk en goed onderbouwd met kennis van de lokale markt. Luckerhof dacht actief met ons mee over prijsstrategie, timing en presentatie van de woning. Er werd transparant geadviseerd over alternatieven zoals herpositionering, styling en het al dan niet aanpassen van de vraagprijs, zonder enige druk om snel beslissingen te nemen. Wat wij vooral waardeerden, is dat verwachtingen realistisch werden geschetst: zowel over verkooptijd, marktontwikkelingen als over kosten en courtage. Daarnaast werd altijd zéér snel gecommuniceerd via de groepsapp waardoor iedereen altijd zeer snel op de hoogte was. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en afspraken werden nagekomen.
