An appointment was made quickly, the questions asked were answered promptly and completely, and the employees in the back office immediately sent the requested information. The negotiation proceeded businesslike; a counteroffer was received within an hour, and the deal was closed that same day. The contractual settlement of the deal also deserves praise: the draft deed contained a lot of additional information and was delivered flawlessly; after a personal signing at the office, I was able to receive the keys to my 'new' apartment two weeks later. If I have something to sell in Rhenen, there is only one real estate agent for me, and that is Zonnenberg Makelaardij, they deserve a solid ten!
