Christiaan was een grote hulp voor ons en we waarderen de onderhandelingen die hij namens ons heeft gevoerd.

Mijn (hoge) cijfers spreken denk ik voor zich. De verkoopprijs is niet super, maar uiteindelijk OK. En ik geloof niet dat de makelaar kan worden verweten dat de verkoopprijs ruim 9% lager is dan de oorspronkelijke vraagprijs.

Ontzettend fijn en duidelijk begeleid in het verkoop proces. Alles werd top geregeld. Bij de bezichtigingen kregen we ook duidelijke tips die we nog even konden aanpassen. Lekker ondubbelzinnig en gewoon duidelijk. Kortom een hele prettige ervaring.

Wij zijn maximaal tevreden over het werk wat makelaardij Ditters voor ons heeft gedaan met de verkoop van ons appartement. Fam. N.van Ree Ede.

Ditters makelaars zijn deskundig en begeleiden je als verkoper met oog voor jouw persoonlijke wensen en de lokale markt. Lees nog wel even de tekst over je te verkopen woning na, daar was nog wel een slagje te maken. Maar met de begeleiding van Ditters makelaars hebben wij kopers gevonden die begrijpen wat het betekent om een woning van een dierbare los te moeten laten.
