From the first contact to the broader acquaintance, they supported us in our search. Although we mainly used Funda. During the first viewing and consideration of making an offer, Patrick gave us the necessary mirrors to make sure we made a realistic offer and didn't dream too much. For a second property, which they had already advised us on during the process, the mirroring went exactly like with the first one. Well-considered, we then made a realistic offer and this turned out to be the right offer. Throughout the entire process, Karin and Patrick supported us well, from searching for an appraisal agent to going through all documents up to accompanying us to the notary. From the moment we scheduled viewings, we immediately noticed that we were dealing with a committed, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. During the viewing, ample time was taken to clearly explain everything, attention was paid to details and honest advice was given. Not only was the property itself examined, but also consideration was given to our wishes, possibilities and future plans. The guidance during the purchasing process was very pleasant. We were taken step by step, received clear explanations about the bidding process and could always turn to them with all our questions. The communication was fast, clear and pleasant; we knew exactly where we stood. This gave a lot of confidence and peace of mind in what is nevertheless an exciting journey. The service surrounding the handling of the purchase also deserves all praise. Everything was arranged down to the smallest detail, from contacting the selling party to coordinating with the notary. This was by far the quickest - most honest advice, and Christian was the one who truly (!) thought the most about me. Our situation was complex due to various factors, and no corners were cut in terms of his time and effort. It's a large and professional office with sufficient manpower for insurance and real estate as well.

The expectations were not quite right… there would be many viewers, especially from the Randstad area, but none came from there and the number of viewers was also rather disappointing. However, once sold within 6 weeks, it no longer mattered! There are nice people working here and we were well assisted; even when I felt overwhelmed, they handled it quite well. It is a pleasant real estate agency and I really don't know what else to write…

07 Feb 2024Brigitte sold my property in July 2023. I contacted her for the sale of my own home, after viewing another property where Brigitte was the sales broker. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

12 Nov 2025Mosaic is a church with friendly people and great music. The atmosphere is quite relaxed. It's a church where I really felt at home for several years. On the other hand, this church also has weaknesses, because where there are people, mistakes are made. Initially, Mosaic appears to be a church that creates an environment where everyone is fully welcome. The slogan is ‘you’re welcome as you are’ and the addition to that is ‘wherever you come from today and whatever your story is’. They seem to suggest that you are completely accepted. As you become more involved, you realize that a large part (of the leadership) actually has more conservative views than they let on at first. Especially in the area of cohabitation and homosexuality. Both are tolerated in Mosaic but not seen as equal to a (heterosexual) relationship form with marriage. Personally, I have clearly noticed the implicit condemnation from this perspective on the Bible and their ultimate policy on it. Their vision shows that the only legitimate relationship to be together is in a marriage, between exclusively a man and a woman. As a homosexual person, you are not blessed there and thus they say that as a homosexual person you cannot enter into a relationship, at least, they do not want to endorse and support this view of life. This creates an unsafe place. In the media (e.g., in talk show Beau and ND), they like to emphasize the positive side of the church but when critical questions are asked, they shy away. I have also noticed this in the conversations I had with leaders. A major disadvantage of such a large church is that the approach to such big themes becomes impersonal and handled via the secretary (even when I sent a personal letter to Kees and Nelinda, but I received a fairly standard answer from the secretary). I was involved for a time myself and noticed that the people I was directly involved with were open to having a conversation but they were not willing to see another perspective than their own as equal. It is a nice church to visit but if you want to become more deeply involved, it’s good to critically look whether this church really suits you.
