Date unknownWhen I bought my first house (apartment), I received incredibly good guidance from Ditters. A good mortgage advisor and it was also nice that everything was arranged immediately for insurance etc. That's why the choice was quickly made when I wanted to sell my apartment; I would like Ditters to do it. Due to the purchase of a new home, my wish was that the apartment would be sold quickly. Within two days after my first phone call to the office, the real estate agent from Ditters had come by to discuss and view things, a week later the photographer, and then it only took another week and it was already online! I didn't think it could go so fast! Ditters has a very good photographer, thinks along with the house, and they are truly beautiful photos. During the viewings, there was nice contact with the selling real estate agent (and also with the people who work in the office; they help you well with any question you have!). You get the feeling that you're doing it together. In summary: I would recommend Ditters to everyone for selling a house, buying a house or the other things that come with owning a home (advisor / insurance). Thank you!

There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!
