03 Sep 2025No professionalism. We came to inquire about a property that we wanted to buy in the Renkum area. The person who helped us was rude and impolite. He asked if we had enough money to buy a house and how much. I came with my daughter, who is not yet 30, and she immediately dismissed us and referred us to a mortgage lender. She didn't even let me explain that we had a significant amount of money, as we recently sold a property in Spain. We are absolutely not going to buy anything through this office.

03 Nov 2024Urgent advice: stay far away from this office. Narcissism at its peak. You are lied to in your face and strung along for weeks, because who knows, they might still try to sell you a property (in which you have absolutely no interest). Disgraceful. NVM: are you reading this? My response to the answer from T&T Makelaars: 1. I am not talking about telephone contact moments anywhere, but about all moments. Including the 3 minutes (!) we were present at your office yesterday. We almost left immediately then, because it turned out that we had come to the office for a property that had already been sold (which I incidentally inquired about by phone that same morning!). Clearly with the intention of pushing an remaining terraced house onto us. Scan-da-lig! 2. We never asked to have a building number reserved for us for weeks. However, we did ask if you could inform us by telephone in case of other seriously interested parties. That was promised and not done. We were very serious about this property (Don Bosco in Renkum, nr. 38) and intended to purchase it. It's bizarre when it turns out that you have been on the bench all along (the 'new' buyers didn't actually appear out of thin air..) and strung along. Missed several viewings and options because we were going for this property. Truly unheard of. 3. Nothing has ever been communicated to us multiple times. Stop with the lies! Learn to treat people respectfully and stick to your code of honor. 4. One more tip: it's not done (AVG, are you familiar?) to show personal data and communication between you and the buyer (of nr. 38) to outsiders (us). Besides the fact that your lies became even less credible by showing a printed email exchange, you violate privacy legislation. You, as the owner, should definitely know that.

She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. On September 19th, the house was already sold!!! Really that fast.!!! Amazing! VHA real estate agents are skilled, provide good guidance, are helpful and friendly, also by phone and at the office. 02 Dec 2020Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

02 Dec 2019After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

26 Jul 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. When he came to take these two photos, he still wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself, that he always likes to be in good contact with people and always tries not to overdo the valuation. Now? It was an unpleasant experience for me.

Dear Tom, I'm sorry you experienced the circumstances as unpleasant. I honestly hesitated whether I should respond and if this was the right medium for it. Not to assert my correctness, because it’s not about being right but about each other's interpretation, but precisely out of respect. Because silence could also convey something that I wouldn’t want: as if I don’t care what you think of it. On the contrary, that is why I would still like to give a brief explanation. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. At the same time, I would also like to explain, as you know, that you pay half of that and the landowner/developer pays the other half. This too is arranged in the regulations. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. 29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. There was a quick response (during the weekend) and an appointment for the actual appraisal of the home could be made within a few days. Daniël came across as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The appraisal report followed within a few days after the appraisal. Price was compared to a number of other real estate agents, it was competitive.
