26 May 2024Urgent advice: stay far away from this office. Narcissism at its peak. You are lied to in your face and strung along for weeks, because who knows, they might still try to sell you a property (in which you have absolutely no interest). Disgraceful. NVM: are you reading this? My response to the answer from T&T Makelaars: 1. I am not talking about telephone contact moments anywhere, but about all moments. Including the 3 minutes (!) we were present at your office yesterday. We almost left immediately then, because it turned out that we had come to the office for a property that had already been sold (which I incidentally inquired about by phone that same morning!). Clearly with the intention of pushing an remaining terraced house onto us. Scan-da-lig! 2. We never asked to have a building number reserved for us for weeks. However, we did ask if you could inform us by telephone in case of other seriously interested parties. That was promised and not done. We were very serious about this property (Don Bosco in Renkum, nr. 38) and intended to purchase it. It's bizarre when it turns out that you have been on the bench all along (the 'new' buyers didn't actually appear out of thin air..) and strung along. Missed several viewings and options because we were going for this property. Truly unheard of. 3. Nothing has ever been communicated to us multiple times. Stop with the lies! Learn to treat people respectfully and stick to your code of honor. 4. One more tip: it's not done (AVG, are you familiar?) to show personal data and communication between you and the buyer (of nr. 38) to outsiders (us). Besides the fact that your lies became even less credible by showing a printed email exchange, you violate privacy legislation. You, as the owner, should definitely know that.

You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. The search took well over a year and a half in this difficult housing market where I was looking for a house with a garden at a reasonable price: many houses were viewed and often bids were placed. With angelic patience they guided me and repeatedly gave me encouragement when a bid was rejected. Partly thanks to the quick switching with Thomas after the last viewing, it was possible to purchase the house. Subsequently, Luuk provided me with excellent advice when taking out the mortgage. 30 Mar 2025Due to the purchase of a new-build home in Groessen, I was reliant on a collaboration with Zigt Real Estate & Mortgage Advice for the purchase of the property and related mortgage advice. For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.

In 2018 we met Jeannell in the team of our then purchasing agent and she managed to inspire us even more to move from The Hague to Arnhem.
