Date unknownTerrible what has happened to us with the purchase of the house! The house was turnkey, a diamond among houses and completely renovated. Real estate agent Arjan Bloemink even assured us multiple times that nothing would need doing for 20 years, just turn the key and live. He also kept us from a structural survey twice, knowingly, and an hour after the viewing raised the price because, according to the real estate agent, there was another competitor on the coast. Afterwards it was all lies on Funda, in the advertisement and in the sales questionnaire. The roof, requested several times, was said to be 5-10 years old, but turns out to be 60 years old and should have been replaced already. Plaster froze off the walls of the new extension, as did the tiles and grout on the new outdoor floor. The bathroom couldn't be heated at all etc. The house received a C label (was an F label) while there is no roof or wall insulation and whether there is floor insulation we can only check once we have had a crawl space entrance made (there is a crawl space)! I could go on like this with all the things that were kept secret. He knew the sellers personally blabla. Our trust is completely gone because when we came with questions, neither the real estate agent nor the sellers took any responsibility or recognized anything!! We are now stuck with all the problems!

She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. 02 Dec 2020Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

02 Dec 2019After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍
