09 Mar 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. 13 Jan 2025After a long search on our own, we ultimately decided to engage Moreno Joosten as a buyer's agent. And we should have made that decision much earlier! Why? Moreno knows which houses are the hot properties and which ones require a more cautious approach. He adapts the bidding strategy accordingly, of course everything in consultation with you. Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Simply because you get genuinely honest advice in your interest from them. They are involved, know what your wishes are and act accordingly. It is a modern real estate agency that delightfully stays true to themselves. No expensive suit, snakeskin shoes or complicated words, but jeans, sneakers and clear language. As far as we're concerned, a breath of fresh air in the world of real estate! The communication is also perfect. Calls, texts, emails are responded to quickly and clearly. With Moreno and his team you are not a number, but a client. Experience it for yourself!
