WHEN IT CAME TO THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP, HE JUST LET THE NOTARY WAIT. FURTHERMORE, HE WILLINGLY AND KNOWINGLY ALSO SELLING AGENT ONCE AGAIN TO A HOUSE FLIPPER.
