During the first meeting, he also immediately calculated for us at the kitchen table what his assessment was of the value of the property, allowing us to exchange thoughts about the asking price right away. For our house, a very large number of viewings were requested in a short time. Kris felt it was important to personally show everyone around and tirelessly and enthusiastically showed the property to all interested parties. This ultimately resulted in a very quick sale for an excellent price. Throughout the entire process, Kris was always easily accessible and reliable; you can go to him with any questions. An extra plus point as far as we are concerned is also the involvement of a styling agency. Partly due to the professional photos, the property performed excellently on Funda. The only point for improvement might be that the standard package offered for Funda (no 360 degree photos and video) may be somewhat limited in proportion to the rest of the extensive and excellent service.
